We noted the poor reviews for breakfast and would like to share that our experience was average. Neither good nor bad. It’s a typical Brewers Fayre breakfast buffet. Not great, but OK for the money. One morning we walked to the nearby Tesco (there’s a pedestrian walkway near the crossing) and went to the Costa for a change. Spent about the same for less food.

We had a fantastic stay , The room was very clean and the staff were friendly. The hotel and restaurant was very busy yet they still did an amazing job looking after us. Nothing was too much trouble, we came to visit to meet up with family and would definitely visit again.

This has put me off Premier Inns for life. Check in was slow and the room we were given, small no extra bed and stank of smoking. Windows had been left wide open. We were given another, larger room but away from our friends. Not even a plastic cup in the bathroom to rinse your mouth. Things have been cut to the minimum. The Brewers Fayre was the only eaterie nearby. Menu was standard stuff. The koftas I had were very overdone but the rest of the meals ok if you like that sort of thing. Staff were very mixed, only came across three who were smiley and pleasant. One waitress told us off for putting dirty cereal bowls on the adjoining table. If she had done her job instead of hanging around folding serviettes we would not have had to do that. The next morning ng she was laying up tables and handling all items at the fork and spoon ends instead of the handles. That made me feel very squamish! Reception was hardly ever manned and when it was we weren’t acknowledged at all. Very unpleasant stay.

Came here last year wrote a review which was no reflection on the hotel but the outside area was somewhat dirty & dangerous. But this time it was lovely clean & a safe walling put up. Our stay has been amazing lovely clean fresh room great breakfast great reception staff gentleman was very helpful & welcoming.

Mold in the room. Asked for an extra pillow got told we are full so we have none did not even ask for room number. Checked Inn with syed who was on his phone to his friend. Has no customer service skills. Went down to ask for an extra key card and got told they have no booking under our name even though we was already in room. Syed was dealing with a complaint whilst I was waiting and the way he was talking to the customer was condersending and eye rolled the customer in front off me. Should not be in a customer service facing role

Ever reliable premiere inns - just what was required - a pitstop to break a long journey - this was perfect for the job. Easy check in, easily accessible clean room with their trademark really comfortable beds, check out easy - what more could you ask for?

Staff - Della and Keeran (excuse spelling) after we such an awful day/were warm and welcoming, very helpful, Told them about our disappointing stay at PI in Aldershot - they were very responsive to our concerns - and offered a complimentary breakfast , The cleanliness of the room was immaculate On going to breakfast /staff were again very welcoming, advised to help ourselves to any part of buffet!! Totally diffrent to Aldershot experience

I should have taken note of the previous review that spoke about the clomping about above my head - also, I know better than to take a room key without asking for what floor it's on since I absolutely hate people walking above me. So I take responsibility for my bad night of sleep as elephants played musical chairs above me. The room itself was fine, in the basement but didn't smell musty. It was warm and the bed was comfy, the shower hot and the tea supplies perfectly adequate.
